The naming and numbering of all the streets and houses of the community has been done.
Garbage collection takes place twice a week.
The per house distribution of mail is done daily.
A new, built fountain with running water from the wellhead, benches, and trees has been created in the centre of the community.
The planting of 250 trees around the water-dam, as well as the main street that connects the village with Germasogeia, has been done.

Among the projects that are scheduled is the expansion of the road network, the improvement and expansion of the rural roads, as well as the connecting of the community with Parekklisia.
