The Community Council, through its effort for a qualitative upgrade of the way of living in the community, has proceeded with the creation of various infrastructure and beautification projects.

• The multi-purpose cultural centre, which includes a cafeteria, the Community Council's offices, a playground, and an amphitheatre, has already been completed and it operates.
• The entire water supply system has been replaced.
• The community library has been completed and is operating for some time now.

• A new cemetery has been constructed outside the village.
• All the streets of the community have been covered with blacktop.

• The naming and numbering of all the streets and houses of the community has been done.
• Garbage collection takes place twice a week.
• The per house distribution of mail is done daily.

• A new, built fountain with running water from the wellhead, benches, and trees has been created in the centre of the community.
• The planting of 250 trees around the water-dam, as well as the main street that connects the village with Germasogeia, has been done.
